LaKeisha Davis

LaKeisha serves as the Family Recruitment Coordinator for Partners in Opportunity, bringing more than 15 years of experience supporting children and families through outreach, case management, and community engagement. Her background includes extensive work with families experiencing housing instability, financial hardship, and complex life circumstances.

Prior to joining Partners in Opportunity, LaKeisha worked as a Child Protective Services Investigator, where she conducted family assessments, coordinated with community agencies, and helped support safe placement decisions for children and families across Texas. She has also served in outreach and family support roles focused on intake coordination, applicant engagement, and connecting families with critical services.

Known for her compassion, organization, and strong attention to detail, LaKeisha is passionate about helping families navigate opportunities that create long-term stability and success for children. She is committed to building meaningful relationships with families and ensuring families feel supported throughout every step of the process.

LaKeisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Human Relations and Business at Amberton University.
